Ansaid, with the generic name of Flurbiprofen, belongs to a class of drugs known as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It works by reducing the hormones that cause inflammation and pain in the body.

Ansaid Intake Instructions

nausea
vomiting
abdominal pain
dizziness
drowsiness
headache
ringing in the ears
blurred vision
seizures
sweating
numbness or tingling
little or no urine production
slow breathing
Should you experience any of the conditions above, seek medical assistance.
Ansaid Side Effects
Stop intake of Ansaid and seek medical assistance if you observe adverse effects such as:
allergic reactions (such as difficulty breathing; closing of the throat; swelling of the lips, tongue, or face; or hives)
muscle cramps, numbness, or tingling
ulcers (open sores) in the mouth
rapid weight gain (fluid retention)
seizures
decreased hearing or ringing in the ears
yellowing of the skin and eyes (jaundice)
abdominal cramping, indigestion, or heartburn
Other minor effects may also be felt. In any of the cases below, continue intake of Ansaid and see your doctor:
See your doctor immediately if you observe blood in vomit, or bloody, black, or tarry stools. These could be symptoms of stomach or intestinal damage and could be fatal.
For other symptoms not mentioned that are particularly causing discomfort, inform your doctor.
Ansaid Drug Interactions
Inform your doctor if you are currently taking any of the drugs below before using Ansaid:
aspirin or other salicylates (form of aspirin) such as salsalate (Disalcid), diflunisal (Dolobid), choline salicylate-magnesium salicylate (Trilisate, Tricosal, others), and magnesium salicylate (Doan's, others)
bismuth subsalicylate in drugs such as Pepto-Bismol
You may need to undergo special monitoring during the treatment period or may be given dosage adjustments.
